This marketing support website was a gamechanger for the Lincoln Benefit Life sales and marketing teams. Previous to this site, agents relied on a woefully out-of-date and unintuitive site that didn’t suit their needs. Based on feedback we received from our sales force, we built a site that contained all our sales, marketing and promotion information in one easy-to-use place.
It was actually really fun taking a few days to assault our white board with objectives, requirements, wish lists, navigation terms, flow charts and design ideas; then condense it all into a sleek, intuitive interface.
