I had a teeny tiny little walk on role as construction worker in this movie. I even made the trailer (see below)! That’s me in the grey tank top at the 1:04 mark. But don’t blink, I think I’m onscreen for less than a second.
I’m not really sure how I ended up in this movie in the first place. I think maybe the director or casting director called me and told me about this scene. I’m a firm believer in “regret something you do, not something you don’t do,” so I figured I’d give it a shot. When I got there at the appointed time, they’d already started and filmed the scene a couple times. So when I walked on set, the assistant director was telling me I wasn’t needed. But the director intervened, told me to grab a shovel and get on top of the pile of dirt and the cameras rolled. It’s a pretty fun addition to my performing history.
