This Saturday, October 1st is the 4th annual PlainSong Folk Festival, once again located at the Olive Creek Orchard just south of Hickman, NE This year’s stage lineup includes folk music, poetry, clogging, celtic music, dulcimer, diggeradoo, and bluegrass. writer is Kevin Baker starting at 7PM. Open mic to follow :: Guantanamo: Honor Bound for Freedom :: A profound docudrama weaving together the personal stories, legal opinions, and political debates reagarding some of the 650 detainees from all over the world held at Guantanao Naval Base in Cuba after Set. 11, 2001.
