the summer is coming to an end.
take advantage of the wonderful weather
and get out and do something!!!

if you know of some good sources of entertainment
for the next few weeks...gimme a holler.
the calendar is looking bare.
but i KNOW that there's going to be some good
events worth seeing! i just don't know about them (yet).

:: nine live cats ::

so my band is playing at southpointe pavillion this friday night.
we do mostly 60s/70s classic rock.
but the cool thing about the band? the 4-piece horn section.
ahhh....it takes music to a whole other level.
and the songs we play are cool.
and we have a lot of fun.

gigglebox is a really fun cover band.
they play a great mix of dancable tunes from the 70s through the 00s.

or just frickin' show up at p.o. pears this weekend.
friday and saturday starting about 9ish.

OK y'all....these emails will continue until i've seen all of you at a show!! I'm tired of your pitiful excuses!!

"But, I live out of town!" Take a road trip.

"I'm a broke college student!" Donate some plasma - we're really funny when you're already light headed.

"I have no idea who this Shawn Carlson person is, but the protection order I got says if he emails me again, I can send him to jail!" That's a risk I'm willing to take for my craft.

The next big event is this Sunday - and I'm gonna need it - it's back to work for us educators this week!!
