ok, this is super late notice,
but my mom's singing group will be downtown *today* (aug 21)
at foundations gardens (by the popcorn place across from the ywca)
starting at noon!!! so of course i'll be there, and to any of you
who work downtown, come hang out with me and listen
to my mom sing!! you can get some ice cream and/or popcorn,
sit outside, listen to some beautiful music and generally
soak up some summer before it's gone.
don't pass this up!!!

the playhouse is once again venturing into the uncharted world
of theater by offering something unique. 10 plays by 10
different directors lasting (roughly) 10 minutes for $10!
this is one of those cool things that will delight anyone who attends.
then when we tell the story to the rest of you later, you'll say:
'that sounds so interesting. i wish i would've gone.'
that sounds familiar doesn't it?
in fact, right now, many of you are saying
'ok, i gotta go see this,'
or 'i need remember to call for tickets,'
or something similar.
well, don't drop the ball.
here's a hint, instead of getting your ducks in a row
*then* ordering the tickets, order your tickets *now*
and your ducks will all fall into line. this way,
you'll have ducks standing at attention
*and* tix to a unique theater experience.
